good thoughts. maybe I would push back a little on not being political. certainly we are not a political party, but the kingdom has a King. At the least the apostles envisioned a new political revolution, Jesus kingdom. Allegiance is to Him supreme, not calling us to overthrow others but rather serve His kingdom despite the governing parties in their immediacy.

Regime change against corrupt leaders (sometimes) can be necessary.

I like what you're saying... but I'm curious: are you saying that people who follow Jesus' teaching have a spiritual responsibility to effect regime changes, or are you speaking only in a political sense, as a citizen?

Great article! I would add that Christians are not “science deniers” some of the most prolific scientists in history have been Christian. Science tries to describe what God created, it does not disprove God.

If so why the rage against vaccination for start ?

Let's try to avoid pretending that everyone in any group agrees. A lot of Christians are "science deniers," and a lot of Christians do not rage against vaccinations. We could use some nuance here.

That said, maybe there's a difference between observing how plants and animals reproduce (for example) and wondering whether specific chemicals are safe to ingest or inject. GOOD science is not partisan or biased, it simply tests theories and records results. Anytime either "side" of a debate wants to pretend the debate is settled - as a lover of science - my radar pings. It seems, these days, flat earthers get more traction than people with legitimate questions about vaccines. That's weird.

Well, those with legitimate question on vaccination in general, go ahead, albeit I am going to keep my distance.

Is that because you don't believe your vaccinations will protect you? 🤔😁

What I mean is, not to be supportive or seen to endorse such narratives.

I see. My only concern is related to the truth of things... regardless of who makes a claim, I always want to know whether it's true.

The list you have above about what Christianity is not reminds me of the idea that the DEI found in most Christian churches is the envy of “progressive” DEI programs everywhere. If you really want diversity, equality, and inclusion, look for it in biblical Christianity. Any construct of Man will not be truly any of these things.
